SHIPPING POLICY

Free worldwide DHL shipping, 3-5 business days. "Nymphai Dolls" ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Every doll is packaged in a beautiful and secure box. Any import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RETURN POLICY

Because of the complicated nature of porcelain ball jointed dolls, I'm not accepting any returns. I'm happy to answer all of your questions, provide pictures and send the replacement parts if needed. Contact me at hello[@]nymphaidolls.com if you have any issues.

PAYMENT METHODS

I'm accepting Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. For the layaway payments, I'll send you a Paypal invoice every month for the set period of time (usually 3-6 months) which you can pay with Paypal or credit card.
